Lords Duel may collect the following types of information during normal gameplay:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (including Android Advertising ID).
• Gameplay Data: In-game progress, level completions, troop usage, resources (Gold, Gems, WarPoints), and session duration.
• Advertising Data: Ad impressions, interactions, and rewarded video completions, collected by our advertising partners.
• Transaction Data: Limited non-personal information related to in-app purchases (e.g., purchase confirmation IDs, order IDs), used solely to deliver purchased items (e.g., Gems) and verify transactions. We do not collect or store any payment card details, billing addresses, or other sensitive financial information.
• Technical Data: IP address, crash reports, and performance diagnostics used to improve stability.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any government-issued identification unless you voluntarily provide it.

• Operate, maintain, and improve Lords Duel gameplay and features.
• Deliver and measure rewarded advertisements (Rewarded Video Ads) through our monetization partners.
• Analyze gameplay behavior to balance the in-game economy (Gold, Gems, WarPoints).
• Process and fulfill in-app purchases (e.g., delivery of purchased Gems).
• Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, or unauthorized access.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Lords Duel uses Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) to serve rewarded video advertisements. Players may voluntarily watch ads to earn in-game Gems as part of the optional reward system.

This SDK may collect and process data such as your Advertising ID to deliver personalized or contextual ads in accordance with ironSource's own privacy policy.

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by resetting or limiting your Advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device.

Lords Duel includes an optional monetization model designed to accompany, not obstruct player progression:

• Rewarded video ads grant Gems voluntarily — watching ads is never required to progress.
• In-app purchases are available to purchase Gems and other virtual items to accelerate progression, but all content is accessible through normal gameplay without spending real money.
• No personal payment information is stored by us — all transactions are processed securely through Google Play.

In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are securely processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, such as credit card numbers, billing address details, or other financial data.

Google Play handles the entire payment process and provides us only with transaction confirmation details (such as order ID and purchase token) necessary to deliver the purchased items (e.g., Gems) to your game account.

Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided in Google Play's refund policy. Refunds are handled directly by Google Play.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors assisting in game operation (analytics, advertising, crash reporting).
• Payment Processors: We share limited transaction identifiers with Google Play to process and fulfill in-app purchases. Google Play acts as the payment processor and handles all financial data securely under its own privacy policy.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user data may transfer as part of that transaction.

Lords Duel is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data through this game, please contact us immediately using the details below and we will take steps to delete such information.

We retain collected data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
